Hold same side 11 & 13 simultaneously.

AFFECTS / EFFECTS: 

Physiological/Structural: Assists with bowel elimination, and eases tension along the arm, shoulder, neck and jaw. Eases front of shoulder tension.

Mental/Emotional: Said to help a person let go of grievances and feelings of resignation.
